In the fall of 2008, after years of continuous stress and battling physical illness,
I suffered a catastrophic nervous breakdown.
In the preceding years, from 2005 to 2008, while coping with tremendous grief,
and fearing that I was once again being stalked, I wrote thirty-nine poems.
